puzzles
pieces either fit or they don't... there is a right and wrong answer... you try piece after piece until a connection is made. is life our personal puzzle? are we searching for the pieces, or are the pieces there and we are just trying our hardest to make them fit?
i wonder what the overall puzzle looks like? is it a portrait? a scene of some sort? something that explains the meaning to your life or life in general? is it open to interpretation even after it is together, or is it the legacy that lives on?
if life is a puzzle... then that would mean things are predetermined?

home
home is a word that seems to get jumbled and tossed around as you travel. where is home? the place you were born? the place you grew up? the place your parents have settled? in the town that holds the most memories? the place that you lived for the longest period of time?
"home is where the heart is", but is it really? how do you know where you long to be the most?
it is more like---- home is where the heart lies but if the heart lies where is home? -- Marillion
emotions tie us. emotions bind us. bind us to places and things that may well prove to be weights tied to our ankles... pulling us down and holding us back. the heart creates this emotional connection that blinds us from seeing or identifying what home really is-- only the lucky ones are truly clear on where home is and what it means. and even then the many interpretations of home can't be explained or combined into one definition.
